1.   Introduction

Welcome to Tru-drive. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our telematics damper products (“Products”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Tru-drive is a trading name of Neoyaya Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15900750.

“You,” “Your,” “Customer” refers to the individual or entity purchasing our Products. “Products” refers to telematics dampers and related accessories sold by Tru-drive.

3.   Product Information and Ordering

3.1   Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

3.2   Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

3.3   Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order confirmation via email does not guarantee acceptance; acceptance occurs upon dispatch of the Products.

 

4.   Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return Products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided the conditions in this section are met.

4.2   Condition of Returned Products

To be eligible for a return and refund:
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products that have been installed, used, or had adhesive applied are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

4.3   Return Process

Include a note with your full name and address inside the return package for identification purposes. Failure to include this information will result in no refund being issued.
  1. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Product is faulty or incorrect.

4.4   Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

4.5   Non-Returnable Products

Products that have been installed, used, or had adhesive applied are not eligible for return.

5.   Insurance Responsibility

It is entirely your responsibility to check with your car insurance company to confirm that the use of our Products does not invalidate, void, or otherwise affect your insurance policy or coverage.

5.2   No Liability

Tru-drive accepts no liability whatsoever for any issues, claims, denials, cancellations, premium increases, or other consequences arising from the use of our Products in relation to your car insurance.

5.3   Acknowledgment

By purchasing our Products, you acknowledge and agree that you have been advised to consult your insurance provider and that you assume all risks associated with the use of our Products in relation to your insurance coverage.

 

6.   Adhesive Use and Installation

6.1   Adhesive Disclaimer

Our Products may require the use of adhesives for installation. You are hereby warned that adhesives may leave marks, residue, or other damage on surfaces.

6.2   Removal and Damage

Removal of adhesive may require the use of solvents such as acetone or other cleaning agents, which may cause discolouration, surface damage, or other harm to your vehicle or property.

6.3   No Responsibility for Damage

Tru-drive accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage, marks, residue, discolouration, or other harm caused by the installation, use of adhesives, or removal of our Products.

6.4   Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and installing our Products, you acknowledge that you have been warned of these risks and you assume all responsibility for any damage or consequences arising from installation, use, or removal.

 

7.   Warranty and Limitation of Liability

7.1   Product Warranty

Our Products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided they are used in accordance with instructions.

7.2   Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, contact us at sales@tru-drive.co.uk with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

7.3   Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of our Products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) in question.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
